Ordering Process & Shipping Information
HOW TO ORDER
Each Busse knife and its affiliates make knives per order. Production and/or Shipping time will be approximately 1-26 weeks from the day the order was placed.
SHIPPING: Flat rate shipping $14.95 in the United States. ALL orders are automatically shipped with Signature Required. A request for this to be removed must be made prior to the order shipping.
Order by Website:
All new orders placed after May 15, 2025 will be paid in full at checkout.
Orders placed before May 15, 2025: You will only be charged $1.00 at the time of placing your order. This ensures that your order is official, and we have your information for processing the shipment. This applies to ALL orders regardless of which payment option you selected. All deposits or pay-in-full payment options will be processed by our office personnel.
- The balance of the order will be due roughly 7 to 15 business days prior to actual shipment.
- Orders may be paid in full at any time prior to completion.
- If for any reason you wish to cancel your order and receive a prompt refund, please call our customer service number (419)923-6471 Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST.
Note: Orders are fulfilled in the order in which they were received. Cancellation cannot be reinstated, and a forfeit of the production slot takes place. In the event of a cancellation, the product and or the order cannot be reassigned by the customer to anyone else. State Sales Tax will be added where applicable
Order by Phone:
Orders can also be placed by phone during regular business hours, 419-923-6471. All orders placed over the phone after May 15, 2025 will require payment in full at the time the order is placed.
Order by E-mail:
You can send emails to: becky@bussecombat.com, please include your contact information: name, address, and phone number to place an order or inquire about an available knife and the ordering process. All orders placed after May 15, 2025 will require payment in full at the time the order is placed.
Terms & Conditions (PLEASE READ):
1. PayPal is an accepted form of payment.
2. Knives are made per order and shipped when completed.
3. State Sales Tax will be added where applicable
4. If you choose to pay via check or money order You must contact the office first at 419-923-6471. Please include your contact and order information in the envelope when payment is sent. Payment can be sent to:

5. PAYMENT TERMS: Due to the consistent and exceptionally high demand along with the nature of the manufacturing process, Busse Combat Knives and its subsidiaries can only provide a rough time frame for completion and shipment. Production and/or Shipping time will be approx. 1-26 weeks from the day the order was placed. While we will do everything, we can to ship your order sooner, a more specific ship date is not available. If for any reason you do not want to wait, you may cancel your order and receive a prompt refund by calling our customer service number, (419)923-6471. Please note that orders are fulfilled in the order in which they were received. Cancellation cannot be reinstated, and a forfeit of the production slot takes place. In the case of a cancellation, the product and or the order cannot be reassigned by the customer to anyone else. State Sales Tax will be added where applicable
6. We do NOT accept overseas credit cards, wire transfers, or international money orders. A PayPal invoice will be sent for final payment for all overseas orders placed prior to May 15th, 2025.
7. Continual cancellations may result in not being eligible to participation in future offers.
8. Prices are presented in good faith and are believed to be correct at the time of publication. We reserve the right to change, delete, or otherwise modify the pricing without prior notice. If an error is made and a product is listed at an incorrect price, Busse Knife Company, Swamp Rat Knife Works and its affiliates maintain the right to refund or cancel orders placed at the incorrect price.
Busse Knife Co. and its affiliates do not warrant that a person may legally purchase, possess, or carry specific knives offered on our website according to federal, state or local laws. A person placing an order from Busse Knife Co. and its affiliates warrants that he or she is an adult and is under no legal restrictions which would prohibit such person from ordering, owning, possessing, or transferring those items under applicable federal, state or local law.
These restrictions are subject to change.
** The blades regularly available on our website and most of our future offerings from Busse Knife Group will be pre-order only.** There are no guarantees that any upcoming knives will become available on a regular basis. Completion of most new projects will likely take a minimum of 12 to 18 weeks. Some models will ship sooner while others may take much longer depending on quantity/complexity/workload.
** You can cancel your order at any time and get a full refund. In order to keep production and processing costs low however, those who repeatedly cancel orders may not be eligible to place additional pre-orders. In addition, you are allowed to change your available order options (Blade finish and handle material) as long as we are not past that point in the production process.
