If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 5 days from the delivery date. Returned or exchanged knives and products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. On your Account/Orders page please click the "Retun Items?" to start the process. A Customer Service representative will reach out to you regarding your return.
Your knife is guaranteed for LIFE against any and all unintentional major damage. Modifications done outside of our shop may void your warranty.
Should you need to return your knife for replacement or repair, please use the Return Items link on your account Orders page. Be sure to check your spam email folder. If you do not receive a response within 3 business days please call the office to be sure your request was received, 419-923-6471.
